We prepare all custom cake orders through email so that we can accurately document all of the details of your special cake.  We appreciate pictures and detailed descriptions of ideas that you might want to incorporate into your personal creation.  We will communicate with you frequently and promptly to ensure that the flavor, color, design, portion size, etc. are all to your specifications. 

For décor we encourage the use of tempered chocolate, pulled sugar and buttercream.  We prefer not to work with rolled fondant, gum paste, non-edible decals, ribbon, fabric and plastic.  The custom cake creation process is a collaboration of trying to meet your expectations coupled with our Chef’s artistry.  Please visit our Instagram page to see cakes from prior events.

Some questions to consider when thinking about your custom cake:  What is the date of the event?  How many guests do you wish to serve?  Will the party be inside or outside?  Will the cake be viewed from all sides?  Will your multi-tiered cake require delivery?  Any allergies or dietary restrictions?

After we have all the necessary information to prepare your custom cake we will then be able to offer you a quote.
