We want all customers to be 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery within 24 hours of your purchase, and we will do our best to address your concern. Please be prepared to bring back to the store the disputed product.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of placing any custom order, with final payment due one (1) month prior to the delivery or pick-up date. In the event of cancellation, these monies are forfeit (and cannot be credited toward future bakery purchases). If your custom order is made less than one (1) month in advance, the total amount is due immediately. If final payment is not made by this date, the order is considered canceled.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing fourteen (14) or more days prior to the delivery or pick-up date in order to receive a partial refund of monies paid. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made with less than fourteen (14) days notice. Note that regardless of the cancellation date, the 50% deposit is always non-refundable.
